The Household Hazardous Waste Facility in Waite Park is opening its doors to e-waste disposal, making it easier than ever to declutter and do your part for the environment.
Getting rid of your electronics will be a breeze. Just pull up to the drive-thru during their regular hours, which are Monday through Saturday, from 7:00 a.m. to 5:15 p.m. It's as simple as dropping off any other hazardous waste items.
Now, let's talk specifics. There's a small fee of $10 per screen for certain items. This includes smartphones, TVs, monitors, laptops, tablets, smart mirrors, and smart boards. This fee helps cover the costs associated with safely recycling these items.

- Home sound systems, speakers, stereos, receivers
But here's what they won't accept:
- Kitchen appliances
- Hygiene electronics

- Automotive products
- Vacuums, fans, lamps, and other general household items
